Brigham Young note and letter, 1830, 1852.

Note of Brigham Young, Mendon, promising to pay Millon Sheldon $18.50, ten dollars of it in good kitchen chairs, 16 Mar. 1830; and a letter from Young, Great Salt Lake City, to Charles W. Humphrey, responding to Humphrey's inquiry on the whereabouts of his father-in-law Robert Crow, 24 May 1852. Young also responds to "various slanderous reports afloat concerning us in the world." This letter is written in another hand, but signed by Young.
